Party in Providence with B.R. Yeager and Me
And online stuff for everyone who can't make it to Rhode Island
Oh wow oh wow oh wow oh wow!
All the excitement over SKULL SLIME TENTACLE WITCH WAR is totally blowing me away.
Readers are grabbing copies and reviewers are posting reviews and I was randomly recognized by a super enthusiastic book shop owner at Readercon (thank you Chris for making me feel like a celebrity!)
You can grab a copy here or order a signed copy directly from me (now 20 bucks including shipping—sorry, U.S. only).
And if you’re not sick of me yet you can find me talking about the book and other viscous whatnot on Lor Gislason’s blog and on Joe Bielecki’s Writing the Rapids podcast.
AND NOW THE BOOK LAUNCH PARTY IS THIS WEEK.
I hope you can make it!
It’ll be me and B.R. Yeager, whose novel Negative Space and collection Burn You The Fuck Alive are certified absurdist horror bangers. We’ll do readings and talk about books and generally engage in AN EVENING OF GOOPY WEIRDNESS.
The book party starts at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 20 at the Lovecraft Arts & Sciences book shop inside the Providence Arcade, at 65 Weybosset St, Providence, Rhode Island.
B.R.’s books are steeped in unapologetic weirdness and low-budget horror aesthetics in a way that I find truly inspiring. I can’t wait to sit down and talk with him!
AND ONE MORE THING:
My new story “Gourd Guy” will appear in the soon-to-be-releasted anthology of Rhode Island horror, Monsters in the Mills, which comes out next month. The table of contents is packed with unbelievably awesome Ocean State horror authors working in wide range of styles, from the lowkey creepy to the hardcore extreme. You can pre-order the book here.
CHECK OUT THE AWESOME COVER!
Ok that’s it for now.
STAY WEIRD MY FRIENDS!
